Agent transfer
Move an agent — with all its sessions, files, and skills — permanently from one Space to another.
Teams reorganize, workspaces consolidate, and sometimes an agent belongs somewhere else. Agent transfer moves an agent — permanently — from one Space to another, bringing all of its work with it. Use it to hand an agent to another team or department without rebuilding it from scratch.

Before you start

Transfer an agent
Open the transfer dialog
Right-click the agent in the sidebar (or open its ⋯ menu) and select Transfer agent. If you don't see this option, you're not an Owner or Admin of the current Space — ask your Space owner to promote you in Settings → People.
Select the target Space
You'll see the Spaces where you're an Owner or Admin. Free Spaces appear but are disabled — they can't receive transfers. Pick the target Space and continue.
Confirm — twice
The transfer is permanent, so you must tick two confirmation boxes: that you understand the transfer can't be undone, and that billing will change as seat counts update on both Spaces. Then confirm to move the agent.
What moves with the agent

After the transfer, the agent disappears from the source Space immediately and appears in the target Space with its data intact. Seat counts on both Spaces update automatically.

FAQ
Can I transfer an agent back? Yes, but it's a new transfer — you'll need Owner/Admin rights on both Spaces again.
Does the agent keep its history? Yes. All of the agent's sessions and messages are preserved.
What if the target Space is full? The transfer fails. Upgrade the target plan or remove unused agents, then try again.
