Deploy and publish sites

Take a site an agent built in Drive, preview it, publish it to a live public URL — and unpublish whenever you want.

Your agent can do more than draft a landing page — it can ship it. A Site is a folder an agent built in its Drive, deployed to a permanent public URL. Build it, preview it, publish it, and take it down again, all without leaving Buda.

Sites in the Commander

Build, preview, and publish

Build the site in Drive

Ask an agent to build a static site or web app in a folder in its Drive — a marketing page, a docs site, a small app. The folder is the site's source.

Deploy and preview

Deploy the folder to get a hosted preview URL you can open and check before anyone else sees it. The deployment is tracked, so you can deploy again as the agent makes changes and compare deployments over time.

Publish to a live URL

When it's ready, publish the site to make its public URL live. The site shows as Deployed with its live address — share it with anyone.

Manage from the Sites view

Find every site in Space settings → Apps & Sites or in the Commander Sites view. From there you can open the live site, rename it or edit its description, view deployment history, unpublish it (which takes the public URL offline while keeping the site record), or delete it.

Status at a glance

Each site carries a status badge: Deploying while it's building, Deployed once live, Unpublished when you've taken the public URL offline, or Failed if a deployment didn't complete.

Publishing sites is a paid-plan feature. Need a quick, throwaway preview of an app the agent is still building instead? Use an app preview — available on every plan.
