Invite members to a Space

Invite people into a Space by email and manage pending invitations — resend, cancel, and track who has joined.

Your AI company runs better with the right people in it. Invite teammates into a Space and they share its agents, shared Drive, and knowledge base — so reviewing work, handing off tasks, and collaborating all happen in one place.

Invite someone

Invitations are sent by email. The recipient doesn't need a Buda account yet — they'll create one when they accept.

Open the Space switcher in the top-left of the Dashboard, then go to Settings → Members (or Invite members).

Click Invite member.

Enter the recipient's email address and choose a roleadmin or member (the owner role can't be assigned here; see Roles and permissions).

Send. Buda emails them an invitation link.

When they accept the link, they land in the same Space with the role you chose.

Manage pending invitations

In Settings → Members, pending invitations are listed alongside current members. For each one you can:

  • Resend — send the invitation email again if it was missed.
  • Cancel — revoke an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet.

Invitations expire after a set period, so resend if someone waited too long.

Anyone who has joined appears in the members list with their role. To change a role, remove a member, or leave the Space yourself, see Roles and permissions.

After they join

Once an invitee accepts, they're in the same Space: the same agent list, the same shared Space Drive, and the same knowledge base. From Settings → General anyone can copy the Space ID for troubleshooting or API access.
