The Buda model
How the CEO → Organizer → Claws model maps to Spaces, agents, and the cloud computer — so you run agents the way a CEO runs a company.
If you've used AI chat tools, Buda will feel different in one important way: you don't do the work, and you don't babysit a single assistant. You direct a workforce. Understanding this model up front makes everything else in Buda click.

Humanity leads · Buda manages · Claws execute
You are the CEO
Your job is direction and judgment, not typing. You decide what matters, hand it off in plain language, and review the results. You don't manage runtimes, machines, or step-by-step execution — you set the goal and approve the outcome. When work needs a decision only you can make, an agent pauses and asks; otherwise it keeps going.
Buda is the manager (the Organizer)
The Organizer is the layer between you and the work. It takes your direction, coordinates the right agents, keeps tasks moving, and surfaces anything that needs your input. Think of it as the chief of staff who turns "ship the launch page" into the right sequence of work — so you're never the bottleneck and nothing falls through the cracks between runs.
Claws are the workforce
Claws are the agents that actually do the work. Each one runs in its own cloud computer — an isolated, long-running sandbox with files, a browser, a terminal, and Git, plus a persistent Drive and memory. They work in parallel, in the cloud, with nothing installed on your machine. You can open any agent and watch every step it takes.
How it maps to the product
| The model | In Buda | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Your company | Space | A workspace with its own team, agents, and billing |
| You, the CEO | Your account | Set direction, review, approve |
| The manager | Organizer | Coordinates agents and keeps work moving |
| Your workforce | Agents / Claws | Execute tasks in their own cloud computers |
| Each desk | Cloud computer | Files, browser, terminal, Git + Drive + memory |
| A repeatable SOP | Skill | A saved capability agents can run on demand or on a schedule |
A Space is a company; Teams group its members; agents are the staff. You can run several Spaces — one per product, client, or side project.
