Capabilities

  • Intelligent Inbox Triage: Automatically categorizes emails into actionable leads, marketing promotions, and system notifications. Includes a daily cleanup routine to archive non-essential noise.
  • CRM Lead Synchronization: Monitors your CRM database for new incoming leads. Automatically updates record statuses (e.g., Touching, Replied, Fail) based on interaction history.
  • Human-in-the-Loop Response Drafting: When a genuine lead is identified, the agent drafts A/B/C response variations based on your preferred tone, ready for your final instruction before being dispatched via SMTP.
  • Automated Daily Reporting: Runs a scheduled morning report summarizing new leads, critical tasks, and inbox health.

Instructions
