Fixes new accounts getting stuck when connecting Buda to another app.

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed a dead end when connecting a brand-new Buda account: New accounts approving a connection request (for example from Busabase) could land on a blank space selector with no way to continue. This is now fixed, and if you don't have an Agent yet, you'll see a link to create one without losing your place in the flow.
