The Agent Workspace

Projects and folders

Keep a growing roster of agents tidy with folders, and group an Agent's related sessions into projects.

As you recruit more agents and run more sessions, the sidebar fills up fast. Two tools keep it organized: folders group agents in the sidebar, and projects group an Agent's related sessions so long-running work stays together.

The agents list

Folders — organize agents

Folders are containers in the sidebar for grouping agents — for example by function (Marketing, Support, Engineering) or by client.

Click New Folder in the sidebar.
Drag agents into it, or create new agents inside it.
Right-click a folder to rename or delete it. Deleting a folder doesn't delete the agents inside.

Projects — group an Agent's sessions

A project lives inside a single Agent and bundles its related sessions and tasks under one name — a campaign, a codebase, a client engagement. When you start a session you can assign it to a project, and the Agent tab lets you filter by project so the work stays focused.

In the Agent tab, open the project switcher and choose New project.
Give it a name and create it.
Assign sessions to the project — new sessions started while a project is active belong to it, and existing sessions can be moved between projects.

Projects can be renamed, archived, or deleted without affecting the sessions' content.

Tabs and panes

Within a single Agent, the workbench organizes views as tabs. Beyond the always-present Agent and Files tabs, you add tabs from the + button — Terminal, AI Browser, Local Browser, Git, and more.

  • Dock a tab as a side panel (right) or bottom panel to watch two views at once — say, chat plus a live terminal
  • Rename a tab by double-clicking its title; reorder by dragging
  • Resize a panel by dragging its divider, or collapse it to reclaim space

Your tab arrangement is remembered per Agent. See The Agent Workspace for the full tour.
